This is a Purchase Agreement between AIS (Automotive Invoice Software) hereafter called Seller and ____________________________ hereafter called Purchaser.

Seller agrees to deliver a copy of their Auto Repair Software Program. Said Program is only delivered to Purchaser on a limited use basis. At all times the rights and licenses of the Software belongs to the Seller. Purchaser is to only have a limited use right in the Software. Purchaser can use one copy in their Auto Repair Business. A Backup Copy is allowed to be made by the Purchaser.

Seller agrees to deliver up to ONE-HOUR PHONE SUPPORT with Program and One Year Unlimited eMail Support. Additional Phone Support is available at the billable rate of $99.99 per hour.

Purchaser may not sell this software to anyone without the permission of the Seller.

Purchaser agrees to pay the purchase price of $1,999.99 (One Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Dollars and Ninety Nine Cents US) plus finance charge of $399.77) to the Seller in the following method of installment payments.

Purchaser shall make 24 monthly payments to the Seller in the amount of $99.99 (Ninety Nine Dollars and Ninety Nine Cents US). Each payment shall be paid the first of each month. Purchaser is prepaying two payments (total $199.98 initial payments) to enter into this Agreement. The balance of twenty-two additional payments of $99.99 per payment (total $2,199.78 additional payments) shall be paid to the Seller by the Purchaser on the First of each month starting in the second month from which this Agreement was signed. (Example: If you sign this Agreement on the 5th of May your payments begin the 1st of the second month from May or July in this example.)

Purchaser understands the first of 22 additional payments is due the first of each month starting on the First of __________ (two months from the month you signed this Agreement) in the year ________.
